My second business is more frog like, I would like to start a water park but only for adults. I want to remove anyone who does not want to go down extreme slides and fast. It would be a niche product with only moderate to extreme thrill seekers would come by, thus requiring less space and initial upfront cost. The focus on quality vs quantity will be the narrative, while using modern techniques to make the cheapest safest slides using local engineers. Lastly, is a very oily affair, but I think a engine depot/performance shop like Summit racing would really help. As the modified car scene grows in Washington, there are not many large retail stores carrying engines and performance parts that are worth a nickel.
